NEMRUT – IPAD PROMOTIONAL CONTEST (OFFICIAL RULES / RÈGLEMENT OFFICIEL)

1. Organizer / Organisateur

EN: This contest is organized by Nemrut Transport International, located at 2037 Rue Michelin, Laval, Quebec, Canada (the “Organizer”).
FR: Ce concours est organisé par Nemrut Transport International, situé au 2037 rue Michelin, Laval (Québec), Canada (l’« Organisateur »).

2. Eligibility / Admissibilité

EN: Open to legal residents of Canada aged eighteen (18) years or older.
Excludes employees, representatives, partners, and their immediate family members.

FR: Ouvert aux résidents légaux du Canada âgés de dix-huit (18) ans ou plus.
Sont exclus les employés, représentants, partenaires ainsi que les membres de leur famille immédiate.

3. Contest Period / Durée du concours

EN: From April 1, 2026 (12:00 AM EST) to May 15, 2026 (11:59 PM EST).
FR: Du 1er avril 2026 (00 h 00 HNE) au 15 mai 2026 (23 h 59 HNE).

4. How to Enter / Comment participer

4.1 With Business Interaction / Avec interaction commerciale

EN: Submit a quote request and book a transport order during the contest period.
Each completed order = one (1) entry.

FR: Soumettre une demande de soumission et effectuer une commande de transport pendant la durée du concours.
Chaque commande complétée = une (1) participation.

4.2 No Purchase Necessary / Aucun achat requis

EN: To enter without purchase, send an email to info@nemrut.ca including your full name, company (if applicable), phone number, and a request to enter the contest.
Limit: one (1) entry per person.

FR: Pour participer sans achat, envoyez un courriel à info@nemrut.ca incluant votre nom complet, votre entreprise (le cas échéant), votre numéro de téléphone et une demande de participation au concours.
Limite : une (1) participation par personne.

5. Prize / Prix

EN: One (1) Apple iPad, approximate value of $500 CAD.
Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. The Organizer may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

FR: Un (1) iPad Apple, d’une valeur approximative de 500 $ CAD.
Non transférable et non monnayable. L’Organisateur se réserve le droit de substituer un prix de valeur équivalente ou supérieure.

6. Draw / Tirage

EN: One (1) winner will be selected by random draw on May 20, 2026.
FR: Un (1) gagnant sera sélectionné par tirage au sort le 20 mai 2026.

7. Winner Confirmation / Confirmation du gagnant

EN: The selected entrant must:

• Be reached within five (5) business days

• Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question

• Accept the prize

Failing this, another entrant may be selected.

FR: Le participant sélectionné devra :

• Être rejoint dans un délai de cinq (5) jours ouvrables

• Répondre correctement à une question d’habileté mathématique

• Accepter le prix

À défaut, un autre participant pourra être sélectionné.

8. Odds of Winning / Chances de gagner

EN: Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
FR: Les chances de gagner dépendent du nombre total de participations admissibles reçues.

9. Prize Delivery / Remise du prix

EN: The prize will be delivered or made available for pickup within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation.
FR: Le prix sera remis ou disponible pour cueillette dans un délai raisonnable suivant la confirmation.

10. Publicity / Publicité

EN: By entering, participants agree that their name and/or company name may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
FR: En participant, les participants acceptent que leur nom et/ou celui de leur entreprise soient utilisés à des fins promotionnelles sans compensation.

11. Liability / Responsabilité

EN: The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or damages related to participation or prize use.
FR: L’Organisateur n’est pas responsable des problèmes techniques, des participations perdues ou des dommages liés à la participation ou à l’utilisation du prix.

12. Disqualification / Disqualification

EN: The Organizer may disqualify any participant who violates the rules or attempts to manipulate the contest.
FR: L’Organisateur peut disqualifier tout participant qui enfreint le règlement ou tente de manipuler le concours.

13. Privacy / Protection des renseignements personnels

EN: Personal information will be used solely for contest administration and related business communication.

14. General Conditions / Conditions générales

EN: The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time. Decisions are final and binding.

15. Applicable Laws / Lois applicables

EN: This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
FR: Ce concours est assujetti à toutes les lois fédérales, provinciales et municipales applicables.

16. Language / Langue

EN: In case of discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
FR: En cas de divergence, la version anglaise prévaut.
